USF Parent Portal Overview
The University of St. Francis has created a parent/guardian portal within the MyUSF portal that allows up to three student designated individuals to view a student’s academic information. The account serves as the University’s Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) waiver so that you may view a student’s educational information and also grants the University the right to talk to the designated person.
Each student has the ability to grant access to an individual to view his/her information regarding:
- Schedule and grades
- Tuition Bill
- Campus Residency information
Students have the right under the current FERPA law to limit what information their parent/guardian are permitted to view. The University has no control or input into what information your son or daughter allows you to view.
If you have any questions regarding on what information, if any, you are allowed to view or to have an account created, please contact your son or daughter. The University does not create or maintain the parent/guardian accounts since it is under the control of the student. If you are experiencing any problems or can't access the parent portal please talk to your student.
